Winston is currently in a kill shelter down south, and we want to get him out- we need a foster, preferably with experience of visually impaired dogs. So far he seems fine with other dogs. He is breaking down at shelter and needs out ASAP. Can anyone find it in their heart to foster this sweet boy? He is 65 pounds 6-8 years old and is scared in the kill shelter.
