Rosie is one of the rare Chihuahuas without an aggressive bone in her body, towards humans, dogs or cats. A year old and 7 lbs, this sweet and frightened little girl was being sold for drug money when she was rescued just today. Rosie needs a patient and loving home with someone willing to learn about her. All we know is she is gentle, loving and beautiful.
