Little Ellie was picked up on a street in the Bronx in November, evidently tossed out for whatever insane reason, because she's very sweet. After only two days at her foster home she wanted to come out of the introductory pen and join all the other cats and dogs, explore everywhere, and talk a blue streak to her foster human!
