This is Pearl. She is a 10 and a half year old angel, who came to the shelter as a stray. But Pearl, came to the shelter, with a bad skin condition, with very limited vision, and someone had put her in a tee shirt. All those things combined just breaks our hearts. Poor Pearl, after all these years, finds herself homeless, not knowing where she is. Pearl is friendly with people and dogs, and is gentle, sweet and kind. We are very grateful that someone has stepped up to foster her until a forever home can be found. As she settles into her foster home, we have been finding out some wonderful things about her: Pearl is house trained, crate trained, and walks great on leash. Pearl is sweet, and low key, and everyone in the neighborhood loves her! Pearls day consists of eating, napping, walking, eating and napping! Pearl is also friendly with her foster canine brother, and LIKES CATS! Pearl has limited vision but it does not slow her down at all! Pearl will make an amazing companion for someone looking for a loving, calm, sweet, dog.
