Originally we thought Betsy was 17 but now the Vet believes she is about 12 years old. Betsey is a female Jack Russell mix. A tiny 8lbs, this senior was DUMPED at the Town of Hempstead Animal Shelter. Miss Betsy has arthritis and is blind, but that doesn't stop her from giving you all of her love. She loves to be held like the sweet baby she is. Betsy's medical care will be paid for life - can you give this senior girl the home she deserves?
